Where purchases happen

This website is a business and brand directory. It does not take payments or sell subscriptions. Purchases happen on the relevant brand’s product page or sales platform.

True Zero Precision’s Zero to Zero PDF course is sold and delivered through Gumroad. Hazel Ashcombe’s publishing work uses Amazon KDP. Headshot Studio is in development and is not currently taking orders through this website.

Delivery

Gumroad digital purchases are delivered through Gumroad’s purchase and download process. If a download is missing or does not work, first check the receipt and the email address used at checkout, then contact us with your order reference.

For any book purchased on Amazon, use the delivery details and order support shown in your Amazon account.

Refunds and cancellations

Review the refund and cancellation terms on the specific product listing and checkout before purchasing. Those terms and the selling platform’s applicable policies govern that order.

If you need a refund, received the wrong item, encountered a duplicate charge, or cannot access a digital purchase, email ajax.ceo@gmail.com. Include your product, order reference, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We will review the request under the terms that applied to your purchase and any applicable consumer rights.

Amazon purchase returns and cancellations should be requested through Amazon’s order support. There is no subscription to cancel on this umbrella website.

A charge you do not recognize

Email us with the date, amount, and displayed merchant name so we can help identify the purchase. Never send a full card number or bank statement. Your order receipt identifies the seller and payment platform for that transaction.
