This umbrella website does not have user accounts, a checkout, a photo-upload form, or a mailing-list signup. We do not add advertising cookies or visitor analytics trackers to this website.

Website hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. As part of serving pages and protecting its services, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and security logs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Email sent to our Gmail address is processed through Google’s email services. See Google’s privacy policy.

Other websites and purchases

Links may take you to a brand website, Gumroad, Amazon, YouTube, or another service. Those sites and services have their own privacy policies. Purchase information and payment details submitted on another platform are processed under that platform’s terms and the applicable product privacy information.

This policy does not describe future Headshot Studio photo processing. Any photo service will provide its own relevant privacy and product information before accepting customer uploads.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers for hosting and email. We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to handle a dispute, or to protect the security of the business and its customers. We do not sell personal information received through this website or support email.

We retain correspondence and business records as needed to resolve requests, operate the business, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for all records.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided by emailing ajax.ceo@gmail.com. We may need enough information to confirm that the request concerns you. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
