The business behind the brands

Ajax Enterprises is a New Jersey sole proprietorship owned and operated by Eaton Lau. It brings together education and content, author publishing, and digital products under one business.

True Zero Precision, Hazel Ashcombe, and Headshot Studio are brands within that business. Each has its own audience and identity; they are not separate incorporated companies.

A personal approach to learning

True Zero Precision began with Eaton’s own experience learning about firearms after he started shooting in 2025. The brand documents what he learns, measures, and gets wrong. He does not present himself as a veteran instructor or career expert.

Hazel Ashcombe is the pen name for Eaton’s author and Amazon KDP publishing work. Headshot Studio is a digital portrait project currently in development.

How the brands connect

Useful content, clear products, and a direct relationship with the audience are central to the work. Ajax provides overall ownership and direction, while each brand develops in a way that suits the people it serves.
